Our Little Oasis-Tour Continued...

Alright, I got the rest of the pictures taken, so we can continue the tour of our little house in the desert!  Enjoy!!

This is our living room.  We love the built in bookcases and the awesome fireplace.  And you'll notice in all the rooms there are gigantic windows, which make the house so light and airy!

Next, we'll move to the kitchen and dining room...It's a wonderfully spacious kitchen.  I love it!  The door to the backyard is off the dining room in the picture below.

Alright, so those are the main living spaces.  We'll now take a look at the bedrooms (view older posts to see the master suite).  Here is the girls' room.  The closets in both bedrooms are considered walk-in closets.  They are very deep (enough to walk into, coincidentally!), so we have all the storage room we need!

This next room is our office for the time being.  Once we get a bed, it will function as our guest room, or the nursery when that time comes.  (No, that was not an announcement!)

So, one of the other wonderful aspects of this house is the spacious laundry room/storage room.  Excuse the mess...we haven't quite gotten this room unpacked and organized yet!

And this room is considered the actual "office", but is functioning as more storage for now.  We'll move the desk and office paraphernalia in here once we turn that second bedroom into a true guest room/nursery.

And, here is a look at our cute little desert ranch house from the outside.  The first view is of the front of the house, the second is the back of the house, and the third shot is the view we have from our front porch.  Keep in mind it looks a little more...uh, barren...right now since it is winter here.  The toilet paper on the tree is compliments of a few of the young men of the Tierra Bonita Ward.
