When it came time to sign up for fall soccer...Johnny was the only one interested. :) So we signed him up and enjoyed six weeks of soccer for just one kid in really nice weather! Fall soccer was a fair bit more enjoyable than I spring soccer experience.
Johnny had a great team, in large part because his best friend Cannon played on his team. But there were two or three other boys on his team that were pretty good at soccer and Johnny enjoyed their friendship during the season. They won every game but one, and Johnny improved quite a bit from the spring time! He seemed to understand the game more, and got a lot better about passing the ball. He was always willing to listen to his coach and play whatever position was needed. We had such a blast watching Johnny, and Johnny had an absolute blast playing. I think officially cemented in his love of sports and competition. :) Can't wait to see what he does next!
